Changed your mind? Here's how to cancel.

Before your order ships

Email algn.store@gmail.com as soon as you can with your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

After your order ships

Once it's on its way we can't cancel it, but you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Wait for it to arrive, then follow our Refund & Returns Policy to send it back.

How fast we refund

Cancellations approved before dispatch are refunded within 5 to 7 business days, to your original payment method.

If we cancel

On the rare occasion we have to cancel your order (for example, an item goes out of stock), we'll let you know and refund you in full.
