30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. If ALGN isn't working for you, send it back and we'll refund you.

What we need

• The item in its original condition, with all parts and packaging.
• Your order number, or the email you ordered with.

How to start a return

Email algn.store@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note on why. We'll reply with the return address and the next steps.

Return shipping

If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return cost. For change-of-mind returns, the return postage is on you.

Your refund

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we'll refund you within 5 to 7 business days, to your original payment method. Original shipping fees aren't refundable unless the return is our mistake.

Email a photo to algn.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out fast.
